I am waiting for the payment and they keep stalling

So I joined them on Thursday 11.12.2025 i deposited 200e and after a while I won so that my balance was 900e. I did send my documents (passport, address, payment method) it was approved next day 12.12.2025

I placed my withdrawal and they said, it will take 3 days unless further review is required. Surprise that they asked further verification on 15.12.2025 which was selfie with my passport. It was approved at the same day so i placed another withdrawal request. After 3 days of waiting they informed it has been paid from their side. I asked did they use Trumo and they answered yes. Trumo is instant banking service but i have not been paid.

This needs to be stopped!!! They are lying and lying. I have documented all conversations and i can proof myself. What a nightmare…

Please ask gamblers team, take this seriously!

Hello askgamblers team. I just got an email from rizzio that withdrawal has been approved. I want to confirm that i received my moneys. I also want to mention that i was very active all the way trying to solve this dispute.

First photo is from yesterday where they say my transaction has been paid from their side. Second photo is from today where they say transaction has NOT been paid. This is scamming and they are in a breach of their own t&c.
