I claimed a 111% bonus from Pistolo Casino on July 12 and completed the wagering requirements within a few hours, fully according to the terms. I submitted a €500 withdrawal request the same day (July 12), and it is still under review — six full days have now passed.

About a day and a half ago, I contacted their Live Chat, and was told my case had been escalated as high priority, but I haven’t received any further updates since then.

For comparison, I claimed the same bonus from their sister site, Cleobetra, on July 13. I also completed the wagering within a few hours, requested a €500 withdrawal on July 13, and received the payment on July 15.

That said, my withdrawal request was submitted on July 12, so we are now approaching 10 days of waiting. While I’ve remained patient, I do feel the delay is starting to seem quite excessive.
