My account has been reopened after self exclusion
11 April 2025. I sent an email to the support of Pistolo Casino to close and block my account because I have a problem with gambling.
They respond and ask me if I am sure. I confirmed. Then they sent me an email that my account was closed.
30.04.2025, I logged in to this account and I was able to make deposits, and because I have a problem with gambling, I did it (I deposited 3180 PLN (in a few deposits)) and I lost it.
I want to get a refund from the casino, because it is against to law to let me deposit after I asked to close and block my account because of my gambling problem.
I didn't request that my account to be reopened. I didn't open any new accounts.

They have not responded for 1 month, so I ask you, AskGamblers, to help me.
