Deposit amount not credited

Dear AskGamblers,

So I have signed up to this site based on your listed recommendation, and deposited an amount of €250. Once I finished registering, the amount was deducted using the Visa verification tool and showed in the casino transaction history with payment ID, but it was not credited to my balance.

After contacting live chat, I was told to wait 2 days and that they can not help me with adding it manually, and if it doesn't reflect within that timeframe, to submit a PDF bank statement showing the deduction, though it is fully shown on my transaction history.

it is not fair to register to enjoy gaming and not have your balance credited right away i have emailed support later to ask for a refund with no reply after a while i check that the depoist in history was cancelled without any notifications, so i am not sure now how this depoist willl be returned to me

Please resolve this issue
