Made a deposit in egp through vodafone cash and didnt get anything since 29th of december.
Made complaints and the support is as shown in the screenshots doesnt know a thing, and isnt willing to help.
I've attached the latest conversation which was about number 5 in addition to the email replay by support as well.

it not a bank its a mobile wallet and yes your clueless payment department claimed the same nonsense before i provided the proof that shut them up.
now im refunded and verified, but I guess it's gonna take tons of complaints, "top priority case" with their brilliant team to get my funds withdrawn
