My gaming account (ID: 154999435) was permanently blocked without any clear reason. Initially, the account was frozen, and I contacted support. I was asked to provide several documents for verification, including my passport, bank profile and deposit history, birth certificate, and Telegram username.
I submitted all the required documents promptly and was scheduled for a video call. During the call, I answered all the questions they asked, and I was told I would receive a response via email. However, when I tried to log in afterward, I received a message saying my details were invalid.
There is currently $29 in my account. I have complied with all verification steps and believe I have not violated any of the platform’s rules. I kindly request that my account be unblocked or at least that I be allowed to withdraw my funds.
