After freezing my account I provided all the documents Mostbet requested as I understand it's a KYC process and I'm fine with it, then I successfully made a Skype call with them to verify my identity and I answered all their questions.

I thought after all this my account would be unfrozen, but the surprise is until now I can't access my account to withdraw my money which is something so stressful.

Why is Mostbet still not allowing me to withdraw my money even after providing all the documents and successfully making the Skype call?

Dear askgambers, you can see that in the same match i have made two same bets

And earlier i have made multiple same bets on the same event as you can see in the screenshot that i have attached in this reply.
I am asking you mostbet then why you have not declined my bet earlier ?? this is not the first time that i have made three same bets.

I think mostbet rules only works on winning bets not on losing bets

Because earlier when i have made three same bets, i lost that bets.

And i don't think there is any rule that says you can only bet one time on the same bet,
I have played on many gaming websites but I have never seen such a rule on any website that says you only bet one time on the same, they have never declined my bet because of this reason.
