Withdrawal payment delayed
I am submitting this complaint regarding an unpaid withdrawal.
I created an account and used it normally for betting activities. Before my identity verification was approved, I had previously submitted a withdrawal request, which was rejected with the explanation that I needed to complete identity verification (KYC) first.
Following this, I fully complied with all verification requirements, including submitting all requested documents. My account was successfully verified. After the verification was approved, I submitted another withdrawal request in the amount of $1,500.
However, despite my account being fully verified, the withdrawal has not been processed. The request remains pending, and the funds have not been paid to me.
I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received a clear explanation or a proper resolution. Until now, my withdrawal remains unpaid without any valid or reasonable justification.
I believe this situation is unfair and unacceptable. I respectfully request that the operator either process my withdrawal immediately or provide a clear and detailed explanation for the delay.
I am submitting this complaint in good faith and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.
