I submitted a withdrawal request more than two months ago, and until now the funds have not been credited to my account. I have contacted support multiple times but have not received a clear explanation or solution. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and unprofessional. Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Monkey Tilt Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Our investigation identified that this activity formed part of a coordinated effort to sign up multiple accounts on the platform in violation of our Terms.
Following a review of the account activity, it was determined that the player acted in breach of the Company’s Terms and Conditions, specifically the conduct described in Section 5.3.
In accordance with Section 5.3.1 and further 5.3 subsections of the Terms and Conditions, the Company has taken the appropriate measures permitted under these provisions. The actions taken were therefore fully within the rights reserved by the Company under the Terms and Conditions.
