I am submitting this complaint regarding an unpaid withdrawal.
I created an account and used it normally for betting activities. Before my identity verification was approved, I had previously submitted a withdrawal request, which was rejected with the explanation that I needed to complete identity verification (KYC) first.
Following this, I fully complied with all verification requirements, including submitting all requested documents. My account was successfully verified. After the verification was approved, I submitted another withdrawal request in the amount of $240.
However, despite my account being fully verified, the withdrawal has not been processed. The request remains pending, and the funds have not been paid to me.
I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received a clear explanation or a proper resolution. Until now, my withdrawal remains unpaid without any valid or reasonable justification.
I believe this situation is unfair and unacceptable. I respectfully request that the operator either process my withdrawal immediately or provide a clear and detailed explanation for the delay.
I am submitting this complaint in good faith and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Monkey Tilt Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.
The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

Following a review of the account activity, it was determined that the player acted in breach of the Company’s Terms and Conditions, specifically the conduct described in Section 26.3.
In accordance with Section 26.4 of the Terms and Conditions, the Company has taken the appropriate measures permitted under these provisions. The actions taken were therefore fully within the rights reserved by the Company under the Terms and Conditions.
