Where do i start?
Winnings - £150 withdrawal
Requested withdrawal last sunday, account verfied OK and was told 2-4 days.
Thursday came no sign of payment, live chatted with about 4 agents ( after being frequently disconnected ) to find out where funds are.
Was advised they needed to see all my bank statements, even for accounts attached that i did not withdraw to, i thought to myself wierd. BUt OK, so i sent them and after speaking to another five agents finally was told by a agent called jamie that he'd spoke to their third party payments service snd the error was at their end and i would now receive my money with 24 hours.
24 hours passed no money.
Live chat again to atleast 3 diffrent agents 2 of which either had read the previous notes or read directly from a script asking for all the same bank statements ect, when challenged about that quickly changed their mind and said they needed to speak with payment provider again.
After a very long wait i was advised payment provider error again and it will clear within 2-4 days.
Its very annoying because the actual staff are lovely but you cant help thinking your being lied to or they simply dont know the answers and just make it up.
If it was going to take say 15 days to clear id rather just be told that than strung on....
