Created an account with Leo Vegas using all my correct original details, before making any deposits i verified my account by uploading a full front and back copy of my U.K. driving license. Deposited nearly £200 with PayPal without any checks been made, I then won and made a withdrawal for £140. Next day I logged in and found my account locked. I believe multiple people have had this problem with LeoVegas and they have even been in trouble with the U.K. gambling commission so it’s clearly the company and not its players. After multiple live chats and phone calls found out I had previously held an account in 2016 which was self excluded for 5 years for problem gambling. Cannot give me any evidence of this though. However regardless Leo Vegas has a duty of care to protect problem gamblers and should never have allowed for this account to be created let alone make multiple deposits if this is the case. I beleive I am entitled to either my winnings or all bets/ deposits been made void and returned to payment method. I believe Leo Vegas refusing to do either of those things is theft as they are basically in a win/win situation. Won’t pay winnings and won’t refund deposits. Regardless of what there own terms and conditions state if it is a breach of the U.K. gambling commission which it clearly is and this is who they hold there license with. Please either refund my deposits or pay me my winnings

Just to update everyone. LeoVegas kindly emailed me this evening saying they will refund all deposits back to my PayPal account, this has not been completed as of yet but as soon as it has I will get the case closed. Thanks to all involved
