On the 20th and 21th of September I withdraw in total 1900 Cad dollars. After a few days I asked how long would it take for the process to be done. I've received an email saying my winnings were confiscated due to a report of a lost card. As you can understand I got pretty mad since I did not report my card as a lost card nor anyone else has access to my card, since Im the only user and owner of my bank account and jackpot city account. Wasn't I mad enough but they sent me another email saying the bank talked to them report unusually activity saying that the card used was lost or stolen. Then I got even more mad, then they say my winnings are confiscated due to terms and conditions. I demanded official statements from their company (jackpot city) officially saying that the bank contacted them and they contacted the bank (still waiting for that).
After a few days of rude live chat situations and some replies saying that I would get my money after my documentation is verified. I got some hopes. My billing and address info were confirmed and I sent a void letter with my bank information (some blurred so I don't get stolen ofc).
And now in live chat I'm being told I won't get my winnings.
Please can you help me?
I don't have the time or patience to take this legally but if needed I will.
