Issue after issue
So I won 1000 last week. I had a 3 day lock put on my account so couldn't reverse funds . To find out that "randomly" my card no longer accepts withdrawal requests . I asked them to unlock so I can put a new card on. The told me they couldn't. I waited the 3 days then surprise surprise couldn't open my account . Then got told operations need to open this manually which will take 24-48 hours. I then got an email stating my account has successfully been reopened. So again went to log on . Didn't work so I wrote to live chat. That advised me they contacted operations and would take a further 24 hours . Then told me to.change password delete cache and log in as it is unlocked . Didn't work contacted them again and they told me I have a technical issue where they unlock my account and it is relocking itself. And they had to pass it onto technical support and got told to expect 72 hour delay. Money is apparently still in my casino account and can't get it out due to no access
