Delaying my payment with excuses every time
Hello. Will make this simple. I have a withdrawal of 93.000 NOK which Jackpotcity Casino is stalling on purpose. They spent 6 days processing my withdrawal (from 28th of december) only to claim they sent an email asking about documents to verify my account. They never sent this email, however I did, after 6 days, send them my documents on wednesday the 2nd of january just to have things sped up. Now, I have also at 3 different occasions on email been told 3 different things as to why my withdrawal has been delayed. This is obvious an attempt at stalling and buying time as well as being difficult with a dear customer. I was also told 2 days ago on their chat that my documents were verified - and today on the chat I was told they are still under review. So as you can tell, Im frustrated as to how they treat their customers and come up with false and misleading information every day just to stall my withdrawal as much as they can.
