Delayed payment of 200 euros
On the 9th of January my withdrawal request for my bank account (Wise) was approved through IBAN.
I have not received that amount yet. Support asked for a statement from my bank (confirming that I did not receive that amount) which I provided them with. No response so far.
The maximum limit of 7 days has passed already. My KYC earlier was successful, otherwise my payment request would not have been approved at all.
