I still have 1316,75€ on my account and after paying one 500€ withdrawal they suddenly blocked me from login into my account as they claim it is under review.

< information removed which is not related to this complaint > and I have chatted with both sites live chat numerous times and sent them multiple emails without hearing back from them.

Live chat said first I need to send them crypto wallet address which I did 6 days ago without response. This whole thing has been going on for at least three weeks. And after now chatting with them they told me someone would email me soon. Wel,l that hasn't happened either.

I can confirm I have been paid from GreenLuck casino, thank you for that. I would like to ask how should I proceed with Cazeus casino which is same company and I have sent them the same address but haven't heard back from them. I have 2840€ in my account there.
