Hello, I'm now waiting since 10.9 for my withdrawal. I have 3 pending each 500€ and not 1 got processed yet.

It said under withdrawal 1-3 workdays what seems to be not true.

Support not really helpful what seems to be common. Would love if I can get some help here appreciated.

If i have another 2000€ balance if this continues I wont be able to cash out till next year.

update: told me on 16.9 per live chaT it gets processed by 16.9 or 17.9 (have chat log in german tho)guess what nothing happened again by this point i wont have my 3500€ not out by 2025 with the 500€ per withdrawal limitation if they would atleast pay every 3-5 days i wont be mad bur they dont even stay true to their own deadlines

Hello update greatwin now paid the first 1000€ @askgamblers should i keep this complain open til all approx 3500€ are paid ?

if greatcasino can confirm here they pay the upcomming withdrawals to the deadline of 1-5 workdays and not delay again im ok to close this as resolved
