I would like to file a complaint against this casino regarding the confiscation of my winnings without proper justification.
The casino removed my winnings claiming that my betting activity conflicted with their Terms and Conditions. However, they have never provided the exact rule or clause that I allegedly violated.
I have sent more than 30 emails requesting:
The specific Terms & Conditions clause
A clear explanation of the alleged violation
A detailed betting report as evidence
Despite repeated requests, the casino only sends generic copy-paste responses without providing any proof.
Additionally, the explanation given to a dispute platform later changed, which creates serious doubts about the legitimacy of their decision.
Another concerning issue is that until 24 February 2026, the casino website displayed a Curaçao Gaming Authority license seal in the footer. After my winnings were confiscated, this seal was removed from the website, raising transparency concerns.
I strongly believe my winnings were confiscated unfairly and without proper evidence. I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and require the casino to provide documented proof or restore my legitimate winnings.
I am ready to provide all supporting evidence including screenshots, email communication, and betting history.

Based on the information provided by both the player and the casino, it is clear that the aforementioned promotion was distributed exclusively via direct email.

The player has confirmed that they did not receive this email personally and instead used a promo code obtained from a friend. After reviewing the case, our conclusion is that the casino acted according to their Terms and Conditions, which restrict such promotions to the original recipients.

Therefore, our decision is to close this complaint as Resolved.

I would also like to highlight that I joined this casino through a friend’s referral and used the same bonus code. My friend, who also did not receive any promotional email, used the same code and was successfully paid his withdrawal.
However, in my case, the casino is now claiming bonus misuse after I won, which shows clear inconsistency and unfair treatment.
No specific restrictions were clearly communicated to me at the time of using the bonus, and I was allowed to place bets normally.
I request the casino to provide:
Exact terms of this promotion
Proof that these restrictions were clearly communicated beforehand
