Casino does not approve the withdrawal reuqest

Hello,

Over 48 hours ago I have submitted a withdrawal request in the casino. Once I have submitted the withdrawal the pop-up message said that funds sounds be in my account within seconds, as this did not happen I contacted the casino. They said that withdrawal requests takes up to 48 hours which is now over the timeframe.

I have contacted the casino once again, but they just say that information is sent to some department and that is it. I do not think they will pay out the winnings.

Hello, my last withdrawal of 1.2 ETH was simply cancelled by the casino without any reason after 96 hours. Right now I have requested a new withdrawal once again in the amount of 1.46 ETH.

Lack of payout

It's been more than a month awaiting feedback about my withdrawal request.

Zero response on their chat and on emails sent.

Most likely, they are a scam

My balance was/is 347 euros, and I can not withdraw it… How do they accept deposits???

I need my money back as soon as possible.

It is totally unfair all this situation, and any regulatory authorities should solve this issue.

I don’t have any other way of communicating with them.

Deposit not reflected in my account

I deposited USDT but it has been 7 days since it was reflected in my account.
I tried to contact them via chat but no one was responding.
I also sent an email but no one replied.
The attached screenshot shows the casino's crypto account number and the history of the transfer from my account.
I always get this message in the chat screenshot, so I write down my email address and question, but I never get a reply.

The casino wouldn't let me verify my account

In this casino it is impossible to pass verification, all the time there is an error and a message “contact support”, I have appealed countless times. At first the support service answered that my question is under consideration and they will soon sort it out, the last 2 weeks, no one answers, chat does not work, there is no response to mails, moreover my account was blocked, I can not get any explanations, I am ready to pass verification at any time, but it is technically impossible in this casino.

Account blocked after requesting withdrawal

Hello Askgamblers,

I've been playing on gamix casino for 2 weeks, it looks like they decided to block my account after requesting an withdrawal.

I've made a total of 0.6 ETH in deposits, and after requesting a withdrawal of 0.37 ETH they decided to block my account.

I was ignored by the live chat and not given an answer and i didn't receive a justification via email for a reason to ban.

Confiscated withdrawal of 298 DOGE

The casino offered free spins with no deposit but with a wagering requirement. After I won, I met the wagering requirement and tried to withdraw 298.91 DOGE. I checked the terms and conditions, and there was no issue mentioned regarding withdrawing winnings.

Then, this started happening (screenshot in the attached files).

I deposited some crypto and continued playing, but after that, they decided to reject my withdrawal and confiscate my winnings from the bonus.

They claim that I should have made a deposit before using the bonus, but I couldn’t find this information anywhere in the terms on their website.

Casino holding my withdraw for 96 hours

Hello Askgamblers,

I'm contacting you regarding a problem i'm having with this casino.

After gambling and doing around 800$ in deposits I managed to win a sum around 2000$

I made two withdrawal requests

One for 1 BNB ~ 650$ and other for 1.8 BNB ~ 1300$

Both withdrawals requests were made around the same time.

The final, which was less value was paid, and now the older withdrawal is still pending over 24 hours after the most recent withdrawal was paid.

According to their live support they are still reviewing the withdrawal, but why? If both requests were made in the same time and only one was paid.

I would appreciate your help.

Casino is not paying my withdrawal - 1000 EUR

I asked for a withdrawal of about 1000e and even tho they said it won't take more than 48 hours they still didn't pay me out even after the time.

Their support team doesn't want to let me speak to the main manager and they dont even respond to emails. This site is a big scam

I spoke to about 3-4 people on live support and no one was able to give me a normal answer, all they said was that they would look into it and that the withdrawal is pending and will be processed in a while

They break their own rules

One week ago I opened an account on their site by click on an ad from your site.

Seeing listed on your site, i thought that they were legit.

I have made 8 deposits on their site without claiming any bonuses.

I won a jackpot with a value of 1900 Euro and they delayed my pay without any reason nor an ETA.

According to their TC they should pay me or refuse my withdrawal in less than 48 hours but it's been 4 days now and my withdrawal is still pending and they keep saying that "We escalated to the responsible team ".
