On 31.10.15 I had a relapse with my problem gambling and opened and deposited 200 pounds at Leo Vegas.
However I self excluded from this casino in January of this year due to a major gaming issue.
They have responded by saying that winnings will be forfeited but no deposits returned!!
This is shameful and totally taking advantage of the weak and vulnerable!!
Furthermore,
This casino also sent me emails promoting their Casino whilst self excluded!!!
Casinos like this should lose their license. I know I am partly to blame but self exclusion is supposed to block problem gamblers whenever they feel that urge. Sadly Leo Vegas do not care ! Greedy unethical casino. even the tone of their chats is horrific.
I will forward all emails to and from this casino in separate emails.
It could easily be sorted with the 200 being refunded and U.S. Both moving on.
