Casino blocked my account after verification withdrawal of 16000 NOK withheld

Hello,

I would like to ask for your help regarding an issue I am having with the casino Casina.

After submitting all the required documents to verify my account, my account was suddenly blocked by the administrator. I have 16,000 NOK in my balance that I am trying to withdraw, but I am no longer able to access my account or request a payout.

The casino has not informed me that any of the information or documents I provided were incorrect or insufficient. I have also not been given any clear reason for why my account was blocked. Everything happened abruptly, without prior warning or explanation.

I have fully cooperated with the verification process and provided legitimate and accurate documentation. Despite this, my account remains blocked and my funds are being withheld.

I am asking for AskGamblers assistance in contacting the casino and helping me resolve this issue so I can receive my rightful withdrawal.
