Deposited 500$ on oct 31 over multiple deposits. None of which used any bonus.
Won a bit at the end and requested a 700$ withdrawal. It's been 'in review' for a week now - despite their terms and service stating withdrawals will be processed 'within 3 days' (not including weekends and holidays).
It's becoming apparent that I may be getting scammed. Hopefully this complaint will help, though I'm skeptical.

Honestly, I've withdrawn from this site multiple times before. They were smaller amounts. 300$, 250$, couple others (attached photos). Verified, no issues Seemed good enough, but withdrawals were not instant - which is fine - but they were the same day and reasonable enough.
The first email i sent after a day or two I was told that it typically takes 3-5 days (business days), which I thought was strange because their terms and conditions say 'within 3 days'. (Attached email)
I was also told there was an issue with my payment provider, despite the transaction not being beyond the review. (Attached)
....Even if interac was down, they would have moved it beyond review and into processed. There's not an issue on my payment provider.
Before these, in a chat on the site, I was told that it was in its final stages and would receive it soon. They also said they emailed the financial department. Which all other reps say they can't do.... (attached)
Also attached a screenshot of my degenerate betting and how much I've deposited the last 2 months there. Guess what? They are still up even if they ever pay the 700$ that's still in review. (Attached deposits sept-oct and all withdrawals from the site)
... long story short. It's well past the withdrawal time outlined in their terms and conditions. When that happens and you get the run around from translated service reps/ copy pasta, I can only assume I'm getting scammed.
I see others have issues right now... Mines only 700$... it's the site I go to when I have long nights haha disappointing really

10 days in and nothing has changed - despite their 'within 3 days' outlined in their terms and conditions.
The withdrawal, which was requested on oct. 31st (is Nov 9th now) is still 'under review'.
Attached the email response I got from them today. Still nothing but lip service.
