Wont process withdrawal

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Cashed.com.

I requested a withdrawal on March 26, 2026. As of today, the funds have still not been received. It has now been significantly longer than the stated processing time of 3–5 business days.

I have contacted customer support multiple times via email and live chat. Each time, I receive the same generic response stating that my withdrawal is “being processed” and that I should wait. However, no clear timeframe or meaningful update has been provided.

This situation is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially since there is no transparency or accountability from the casino’s side.

I would like to request immediate action on this matter and a clear update regarding the status of my withdrawal.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate further through additional complaint platforms

Well, it has come to this again, this is now my third time having to write a review in order to get my owed money out of cashed.

It's funny they go from paying me smaller payouts no problem in 3 days, to nothing as soon as I win something that seems to be over a certain amount... they now owe me 2200$ canadian in 3 different withdrawals: 2 for 1000, and 1 for 200$ won without a bonus on Feb 21st &22nd.

I have emailed support, but I haven't even received a reply back yet. So hopefully they can make good and pay me the money that I've won fair and square.

I wanted to file a complaint about the casino's operation. I deposited money without a problem, played, and won something. Then, the withdrawal process started. Even though the casino states that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, my withdrawal request is still pending. Contacting support has no effect; they keep telling me to wait and wait, and nothing changes. I once received an explanation that they have a lot of withdrawal requests, but I've been waiting for mine since January 25th, so it's a long time. I should add that I played without any bonus, etc., just my own deposit. I haven't received any request to send any verification documents, etc., etc. I've read here that this seems to be a common practice and they're trying to rush things. So, I'm asking for help because of two pending withdrawals and I am start to be a little bit afraid.

My name is < first name removed > and I signed up on Cashed casino. I did not use any bonuses, won my money fairly and was even kind to customer service.

I have attempted to withdraw two payments of 400 and 750 for a total of $1150 via bitcoin deposit. And they said it would take 2-3 days, it has been 8 business days and no payment has been received.

I have communicated with their customer service and have received the same generic response each time about a delay in payment and they won’t answer any further questions.

I would really appreciate some help with this,

Well, unfortunately, this is now the second complaint I have to file on Cashed Casino..

It was going great for about 3 months, I was receiving my payouts in full, in about 2-3 business days no longer..

I have 3 cashouts totaling 1025$ CAD with no bonuses on the money. Now when I ask support about the delay in my cashouts, I get the same generic message to not worry my money is safe and is being processed.

Well, it has now been 2 weeks, and still haven't received a cent.. I have all the photos of my cashouts and also the dialog between myself and support.

I hope they can make this right. Making people wait for their money seems to be the name of the game at this casino.
