They do not give any information about their license or company details and is nowhere to be found on the page ether. When on support they say you should write an email to gatver this info and they never reply back to any of my 40 emails.

This is not a safe gaming platform and do not care about responsible gaming.

I have been promised a refund due tue their lack of care in responsible gaming and I am waiting for a month. They keep saying to be patience and wait for an email and that I will have my money soon but its been dragged no for a whole month with fake promises.

They keep saying I will get my money and just wait. 2 weeks ago they said it would be in the final stages and just have to hold a little longer but they just keep lying and lying.

Please avoid this platform

6.6.2  No refund can be performed after the deposit in question (or the associated bonus) has been used to place a bet.

cashedcasino come on, you Just write one of your templates. The refund has already been promised to me by several collegues and did you even check the screenshots??? I kept being told that its at the financial department waited to be processed.

Dear all,

Kindly note that the player does not have any current withdrawals or any current balance and there is nothing that we need to process to him . As per mentioned Terms and Conditions :
6.6.2 No refund can be performed after the deposit in question (or the associated bonus) has been used to place a bet.

This means that customer cannot receive refund on played down deposits as he is requesting currently. Everything that he deposited and played down cannot be refunded as he agreed to this when creating his gaming account.

There is a responsible gaming case with my email address and there is a refund waiting to be processed. Did you not read your coworkers chats with me??

Also I am not a HIM, I am a HER, that's how well you dived in this case.

You do not even know what we are reffering to as my account Is already permantly closed as my request.

This particular complaint was approved and published on AskGamblers since the casino agents not only promised a refund to the player but confirmed that it was on its way, and the player never received it.

We kindly ask you for an explanation of the change in the casino's attitude towards the player since in your public statements the player is not eligible for an already confirmed refund.

Dear all,

We want to clarify that customer support agent had made a mistake and misunderstand the customer request for a refund and was thinking that the he refer to a withdrawal request and this is why he was confirmed it is on his way. Unfortunately as per previous mentioned terms and conditions which the customer had agreed to when making his registration with us there is no refund can be performed after the deposit in question (or the associated bonus) has been used to place a bet.
