My complaint is about my balance. I have won 12k in december. After verifying my account everything went well. Payments took a bit long, but there where no problems. After my 4th withdrawal (because of maximum 1k) i asked for 5th withdrawal. I put that in work at 30 december 2019. Still there is no payment, the status of the payment is on allowed for two weeks. So the withdrawal is accepted.
Contacting live chat is not helping, but after sending a couple emails to relevant department there are still no answers or movement in my withdrawal. Still waiting for my rest of €8.000
