Casino does not process my withdrawal and does not respond to any emails
My case is a bit similar to those described here.
Two weeks ago - 11.02.2025 - I ordered my first withdrawal from this website - €253.
Much earlier, I uploaded documents confirming my personal data and residential address to the website and they were accepted. When I ordered the withdrawal, just in case, I also sent the files necessary for possible verification of the payment method by e-mail (there was no such option on the website).
To date, I haven't received a response to my email regarding this matter, nor have I received my funds..
My withdrawal is still in the status "pending", and support doesn't respond to any messages from me.
I'm completely ignored by the company, there is no contact from them (despite writing several emails).
