Hi,

As you see in the screenshot below, On June 3th, my withdrawal was prohibited without any notice.

I could see this message on the withdrawing page.聽

鈥淵our withdrawal and tip permission have been suspended. If you have any questions, please contact us."

By clicking "contact us" to file a current issue, The live support team ordered to follow the advanced KYC.

I passed through the advanced KYC and received an email from the support team.聽

They wrote me in an email that I could use the withdrawal seamlessly since then.聽

But currently, their restriction has not been lifted for 3 days and I can't withdraw yet.聽

I would appreciate it if you help me resolve this issue.聽

I already my real identity, business transactions and bank activity which prove that I am a valid Peru citizen and work as a real estate investor and crypto trader.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue and get back my whole savings.
BC.Game might likely impact on my family and my business. I deposited about 80K in BC.GAME.
It's a dangerous platform because they would seize the user's funds if the amount is much.

I don't understand why your BC team insists that I violated against your AML policy.
I passed the advanced KYC and wagered more that deposit with respect to your policy.
And also submitted my other legal documents.
I think you took off my funds because it's a lot.
Please let me know how to get back my funds and whether my funds are safe.
Or else I will take my lawyer with this issue and rise up the legal dispute.

Estimado equipo de soporte:

Me registr茅 en la plataforma de apuestas bc.game. Al intentar retirar mis ganancias, me solicitaron que completara el proceso de verificaci贸n KYC. Durante este proceso, present茅 mi documento nacional de identidad, que se verific贸 correctamente. Sin embargo, el KYC fall贸 repetidamente en la verificaci贸n de la autofoto, a pesar de varios intentos. Posteriormente, me informaron que el proceso KYC hab铆a fallado, lo que me impidi贸 continuar.

Posteriormente, me dieron la opci贸n de completar un cuestionario por correo electr贸nico. Envi茅 la informaci贸n solicitada, pero las 煤nicas respuestas que recib铆 indicaban que mi informaci贸n estaba "incompleta", sin especificar qu茅 documentos o detalles faltaban.

Es importante se帽alar que todas mis ganancias fueron obtenidas exclusivamente con dinero real, sin la utilizaci贸n de ning煤n bono, y provienen tanto de juegos de casino como de apuestas deportivas.

Como resultado, no puedo retirar mis fondos, ya que el casino requiere una verificaci贸n KYC que su propio sistema no me permite completar, y el procedimiento alternativo sigue sin estar claro ni resuelto. Esta situaci贸n escapa totalmente a mi control y me impide acceder a mis ganancias leg铆timas.

Para su revisi贸n, tambi茅n adjunto el hilo de conversaci贸n que tuve con el equipo de soporte de bc.game, para que pueda verificar el historial de comunicaci贸n.
