Withdrawal and tip permission have been suspended in BC Game

Hi,

As you see in the screenshot below, On June 3th, my withdrawal was prohibited without any notice.

I could see this message on the withdrawing page. 

“Your withdrawal and tip permission have been suspended. If you have any questions, please contact us."

By clicking "contact us" to file a current issue, The live support team ordered to follow the advanced KYC.

I passed through the advanced KYC and received an email from the support team. 

They wrote me in an email that I could use the withdrawal seamlessly since then. 

But currently, their restriction has not been lifted for 3 days and I can't withdraw yet. 

I would appreciate it if you help me resolve this issue.

I don't understand why you lock my funds.
I already my real identity, business transactions and bank activity which prove that I am a valid Peru citizen and work as a real estate investor and crypto trader.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue and get back my whole savings.
BC.Game might likely impact on my family and my business. I deposited about 80K in BC.GAME.
It's a dangerous platform because they would seize the user's funds if the amount is much.

Hello,
I don't understand why your BC team insists that I violated against your AML policy.
I passed the advanced KYC and wagered more that deposit with respect to your policy.
And also submitted my other legal documents.
I think you took off my funds because it's a lot.
Please let me know how to get back my funds and whether my funds are safe.
Or else I will take my lawyer with this issue and rise up the legal dispute.

The user was involved in some fraudulent activity and did not adhere to our AML policies. Our terms and policies are available here: https:­//b­c.g­ame­/he­lp/­ter­ms-­service and https:­//b­c.g­ame­/he­lp/aml. We have locked the user’s funds and provided all the relevant information to AG support.
