I registered with bc.game and no issues until i deposited a high amount , after that deposit they closed my account without informing me and told me i need to do account verification in order to login !
I have sent everything they asked for by email and waited 2 weeks which is ridiculously long time but they don't answer and ignore all my communication and emails !

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that BC.Game Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I will sum up the complaint in 2 things:
1- The user has multiple accounts on our site, which is prohibited under our terms of service.
2- The user is trying to cheat the system by sending partial payments through the XRP while the user doesn't have any funds in the wallet.

In both of the above transactions, the same tactic was used.
We have locked all 3 accounts of the user and prohibited them from creating any further accounts acting on our terms of service. More details are sent to AG support.
