I paid with a mastercard card, but the system does not allow withdrawals to a mastercard card, the last time I played here was 2 years ago, then it allowed me to withdraw my winnings to my mastercard card, but now the system only allows VISA cards, I made a visa card on Revolut but the system still refuses the withdrawal, there is also a NETELLER option for withdrawal, I paid with Neteller so that the system can identify it but it says I cannot withdraw money from Neteller, only in the percentage corresponding to the deposit. Not only does it not allow me to withdraw the winnings, but I cannot transfer the deposited amount back to my Neteller account. The customer service says that the expert will solve the problem, but this was days ago and they do not respond in substance. The winnings are not an incredibly large amount, 200Euro, but the principle they follow is very unfair. No matter how much time it takes to solve the problem, they do not answer anything.

I did what customer service asked and sent it. I can't attach a screenshot here, but I can send it anywhere if necessary.

Dos llegaron a mi cuenta y dos aun no llegan pese a que ya pasaron mas de 60 días

Buenas tardes realizé cuantro depósitos el dia 4 de febrero del presente año, de los cuales dos si llegaron a mi cuenta y dos aun no llegan pese a que ya pasaron mas de 60 días, cada depósito que aun no ha llegado es de 500 PEN (moneda peruana), me dicen que sigue en revisión como es posible que despues de 60 días no sepan que realizé el deposito por método de pago QR mediante PLIN. Los 2 depósitos fueron enviados a PAGOS NACIONES y destino: DALE
Quisiera una pronta revisión ya que el tiempo me parece exagerado.

Bloqueo de retiradas y no me contesta 22bet

No puedo retirar mi dinero y no responden a mis correos.

Me rechazaron la retirada de 25.000€, tengo actualmente 37.000€.

Llevo varios días intentando retirar mi dinero de 22Bet, pero me aparece un mensaje de que debo verificar mi cuenta, a pesar de que ya envié toda la documentación y recibí la confirmación de verificación.

Llevo desde 2023 con ellos y ya estaba verificado.

He contactado varias veces con el soporte de security, support y también escribí a complaints, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta.

Me parece muy poco serio que una empresa de apuestas bloquee el acceso al dinero de los usuarios sin ofrecer ninguna explicación

ni soporte.

Llevo intentándolo desde el día 12, ya han pasado 8 días.

Solo quiero poder retirar mis fondos, que me pertenecen, y recibir una respuesta clara del equipo de 22Bet.

Espero que revisen mi caso cuanto antes.

Cuenta bloqueada sin poder retirar saldo

Estimado equipo de AskGamblers:

Presento esta reclamación contra 22Bet Casino, donde tengo una cuenta activa y verificada.

Llevo jugando en esta plataforma durante varios meses, de forma constante y responsable. Durante ese tiempo, mi saldo fue disminuyendo progresivamente.

Sin embargo, en los últimos días tuve una pequeña racha de ganancias que hizo subir mi saldo a aproximadamente 1.800 €.

El día 24 de junio, solicité un retiro, como ya había hecho anteriormente.

Esta vez la solicitud fue rechazada, y contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente por el chat para preguntar qué método debía usar para que el retiro fuera aceptado correctamente.

Minutos después de esa consulta, fui desconectado de mi cuenta y no pude volver a acceder. Pregunté por qué, y solo me dijeron que escribiera a [email protected].

Envié un correo de inmediato. Tras casi 24 horas sin respuesta, finalmente me informaron de que mi cuenta había sido bloqueada por “adicción al juego” y que debía presentar un certificado médico firmado por un psiquiatra para recuperarla.

Quiero dejar claro que yo no he solicitado en ningún momento la autoexclusión ni el cierre de la cuenta.

Respeto totalmente las políticas internas de juego responsable que pueda tener cualquier casa de apuestas, y si creen que un usuario tiene un problema, entiendo que puedan actuar.

Sin embargo, bloquear la cuenta justo después de que empiezo a ganar y pido un retiro, y además sin ofrecer ninguna forma de acceder a mis fondos, no parece una medida realmente orientada a proteger al jugador.

En el correo que me enviaron desde el equipo de bloqueos, no se menciona en ningún momento cómo retirar el saldo que tengo en la cuenta.

Respondí solicitando instrucciones para poder hacer la retirada o que ellos mismos la gestionaran, pero han pasado ya 48 horas desde que perdí el acceso y no he recibido ninguna solución ni explicación clara.

Por todo ello, solicito a AskGamblers que me ayude a que 22Bet:

1. Proporcione una explicación válida sobre el bloqueo de mi cuenta, y

2. Me permita retirar los fondos que legalmente tengo en la cuenta, aproximadamente 1.800 €, si finalmente deciden mantenerla cerrada.

Estoy dispuesto a proporcionar todas las pruebas y correos si son necesarios

El 21 de Octubre solicite un retiro de 100 euros, según pude ver se proceso al cabo de los 30 minutos, pero a fecha de hoy 29/10, no ha sido recibido, me he puesto en contacto en varios correos del casino pero parece ser que al tener la cuenta cerrada me dan largas, tambien he enviado las anotaciones bancarias para que vean que es verdad.

Hi! I’m writing this complaint since I haven’t received my payment for the withdrawal request from Sunday 10th of May. It’s now been 8 days of customer service telling me to be patient and receiving automatically generated replies from so-called ”live agents”. The terms and conditions state that a withdrawal request should take a maximum of 5 days, and it’s now been 8. I’ve submitted every document they’ve asked for and before already got a payment from a different withdrawal request. However, this particular request has yet to be resolved, hence, I’m writing this complaint. They’re holding 150,11€ of my money, and they’re not able to provide me with answers nor a payment. The withdrawal request number is 4822913377.

Endless Verification Delays and Asking For Same Documents Over and Over

Hi

I tried lodging a complaint against this bookmaker but it was rejected and told to wait until the bookmaker finishes the process. I indeed waited 72 hours and the bookmaker responded by asking for documents I already sent. When I told them I already sent the documents they are asking for they send the same answer as before " your documents are sent to the specialist, wait for the answer ". I'd like to emphasize this is what they said 3 days ago when the documents were sent and now they're saying it again! Clearly this is some kind of delay tactic!, and I've had enough of this. It is now 4 days and my account is still not verified and everyday I'm getting frustrated with this bookmaker! I have sent every single document at my disposal to these. I would like askgamblers to intervene at this point because I'm being treated unfairly. My balance in my account is €520

Casino refusing withdrawal after verification

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my account with 22bet and my inability to withdraw my funds.

I made deposits using methods provided by the platform. When I tried to withdraw, my requests were repeatedly rejected.

I was asked to provide multiple verification documents including ID, bank details and Skrill information. I provided everything requested.

Despite this, no working withdrawal method has been provided.

The suggested methods like Visa and Skrill are not available or do not work in my country.

I requested withdrawal via bank transfer or refund to my original payment method but I have not received a clear solution.

Support replies are repetitive and do not solve the issue.

This situation is blocking my funds.

I request that a working withdrawal method is provided immediately or my funds are returned via bank transfer or original payment method.

Verification delay

The casino is not withdrawing my money. They put me through a verification process and requested various photos and documents. I provided absolutely everything. And now they’ve just been ignoring me for a month, giving me excuses. They’re not telling me anything. Just “please wait, your data is being verified.” It’s already been a month! A whole month they’ve been “verifying” something! I haven’t been able to withdraw my money for a month! And I didn’t violate anything — I was just placing bets and playing at the casino.

My name is Alan George, and my 22bet ID is 328918077. I have deposited a lot of money on their platform. Recently, I won a combo bet and tried to withdraw just ₹1000, which is not even close to 5% of my lifetime loss. Suddenly, my withdrawal was rejected, and they blocked all transactions on my account, including withdrawals, betting, and everything else.
I contacted their customer service via email. They asked for my Aadhaar photo, which I provided clearly. Then they asked for a PDF copy of my Aadhaar card, which I also submitted. However, it has been 3 days, and they have still not fixed the issue.
Their customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They are behaving very badly. I have suffered a lot because of this platform.
