1.3 BTC confiscated and account was closed with no further justification

Hi,
I had been playing at this casino for a couple days and made some decent wins, after submitting a 1.3 BTC withdrawal request I noticed it was taking a while so i tried to login to see what was going on and received a message that my account was deactivated. I then messaged support who said that my account was closed due to them finding a "double spend". When i asked them to show me the double spend they found they stopped replying.

I repeat to you again that the payment was made to you by mistake after detection of the Double Spend in your payment. The manager was unable to notify in time the Finance department about locking of your payment just 5 minutes late. Unfortunately, the manager at that moment confirmed your payment was not experienced enough and has no instructions on verifying payment for the Double Spend.
You used the Double Spend status which has been clearly indicated on your transactions during your game and now you accuse us of lying ... We are honest Casino. To be engaged in consumer fraud for an amount of 1.3 Bitcoins, as you say, it looks absurd. Moreover, we are ready to return your deposit. And this decision is final. I was only allowed to make a withdrawal after my first transaction was confirmed. I even got an email saying your payment is confirmed and that I could now withdraw. If you "detected" or "personally saw" a double spend BEFORE my payment confirmed as you claim then why would you send out my withdrawal? After all, it did require staff approval so its not like you wouldn't have had the chance. For anyone who does not believe me send a try to withdraw before your payment confirms, it says "At least one of your deposits is not yet confirmed." This is proof that you have been lying and now it is undeniable.

Using opt-in rbf does not "indirectly confirm" anything. I use it so that i can rebroadcast the transaction with higher fees if it is taking too long to be mined. It is a feature made by the bitcoin core team for this purpose.

Your first payment was confirmed after 2 hours 18 minutes, at this time you was playing at the casino, and even you had time to get payment. During this time the payment status was Double Spend and was detected by us! After confirming the payment status change, but remains mark OPT-IN RBF- While unconfirmed this transaction could be replaced by another transaction following Opt-in RBF, which indirectly confirms a previous Double spend.
After the status of Double Spend for 2 hours and 18 minutes, in accordance with terms and conditions we have enough reasons to use restrictions.
The payment for dishonestly obtained winnings was made mistakenly.
We do not aim to take your Bitcoins. Again, you can contact the Casino Support and get back all of your Bitcoins, minus of winnings and commission of payment system.

Dear AskGamblers Team! I'm writing a complaint because i have troubles getting my money from Golden Star casino! I stumbled upon the website, and decided to sign up. Before signing up I have asked their live chat whether if I'm allowed to place bets from Finland , which they have confirmed therefore I've signed up. Once the deposit went through however I couldn't place any bets. I contacted their customer service via Live Chat and they were not able to resolve this issue. Next I wanted to withdraw my money however I was denied, due my profile was not verified yet. I verified it and after verification they have told me that I can't withdraw my money unless i wager 3x times the deposited amount. Therefore they've directed me to send an email to their customer service from which i've later received that due to geo-restrictions I am unable to wager my money. So at this point I couldn't withdraw my money due to the fact that I was unable to wager because of their geo-restrictions. After that the customer team asked me to provide my bank account details which I did. They've told me that the issues has been forwarded to their payment provider however they could not tell me a definitive timeline how long would it take to review my case. Furthermore I've read the casino's Terms and Conditions and I could not find a paragraph where it says players from Finland are not allowed to participate. Secondly I was mislead by their live chat as they have told me that I can place a bet from Finland, which they've admitted in their apologising email. Lastly if this is the case why am I able to open their website from Finland if they have geo-restrictions? So therefore I think it is completely unreasonable for them to hold my deposited 200 euros as I was mislead by them, furthermore I can not fulfil their wagering requirements due to geo-restrictions, so my money is stuck with them. I would like to ask Golden Star Casino to provide an immediate payback of my deposited funds as they are holding my money wrongfully. 4 days have been passed and there is still no information from them.
