Casino withdrawal delayed
I requested 2 withdrawals of 500€ each on the 22nd and 23rd of July. One of which was processed according to casino terms within 3 business days on the 25th of July. My second withdrawal which should be processed latest 3 business days later is still pending processing.
Meaning another 7 days (5 business days) have elapsed.
While live chat agents told me they left a note for the finance department, no reasonable cause for the delay was given.
I would like the Casino to finally pay me as soon as possible.
