Casino withdrawal delayed

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

I was finally paid today after my account was verified by zeuswin.
Therefore this complaint is considered resolved from my side.

Apparently the casino is not interested in settling the dispute here on askgamblers as no statement was made during the last 10 days.
I received an unnerving answer via their email support.
The casino does not accept digital bank statements. This, for me, is already a clear sign of a rogue casino, as close to all banks in the western hemisphere provide bank statements in digital form only.
Moreover, the casino shamelessly neglects the fact, that I uploaded 2 utillity bills multiple times.
I uploaded the documents once again and reuested timely verification.
