Not possible to withdraw any money

Hi Team,

I already spoke to the support team in the chat about this multiple times and i also sent an email but as you can imagine, i have the same issue as all the other players, no response on emails, no information from the support agents, apart from "it is getting reviewed".

A few months ago, i don't remember how long it has been, but minimum 5 months ago, i closed my account with Ybets since they did not allow me to withdraw due to my bets "being reviewed".

This was due to a withdrawal request i sent, i wagered a bonus and i assume this is why it was checked. I understand that, working in an online casino myself, this is a standard procedure.

However, it took pretty long (game check, having worked at several casinos, do not take more than 1-2 days, everything else is just stalling really).

Anyways, i was bored, cancelled the withdrawal and played the money (it was just around 150 euro, no biggie)

After that, around 2 weeks later ,i deposited again, played (without the bonus). When i wanted to withdraw the money, i realised that my withdrawals were still blocked, although the bets which were supposed to be checked, did not matter anymore since the related withdrawal has been cancelled already and the funds were played. But still, withdrawals were not possible anymore because of a "game check".

Anyways, support, like usual, can not do much apart from telling you the same thing, that you need to wait.

After 1 week i gave up, no time for this, and i played the money and closed my account after that.

Fast forward to 5 days ago, Ybet sent me a bonus promotion (although, lets be honest, i closed the account, i should not get any promotion). I requested the account to be reopened, which they did. I deposited and realised that, before even playing ANY bet, the withdrawals were still blocked. That means, the withdrawals are blocked due to the initial check 5 monts ago.

I am sorry guys, but really? I won some money again, did not use any bonus, no free spins, did not breach any rules but still, my withdrawals are blocked.

So to summarize my problem with this casino, my withdrawals are blocked from a game check which was from a gaming session 5 months ago.

I hope askgambler can shed some light into this, more than questionable, situation.

Update, wagering was removed, i requested a withdrawal. Please do not close, i will update you once it was processed and i received the withdrawal

Please note, i understand that if i make two consecutive deposits without touching the money at all, i need to wager both. But in my opinion, i spent the money every time before i made a new deposit (except for the last deposit i made). Naturally, i deposit again once the money is gone or the balance is so low that i can not make a new bet. But the support agents was not able to show me my betting/balance history, so i was not able to check it
