Not approving withdrawals and provider check used as excuse

Dear AskGamblers team,

I have been on Ybets for over a year and made deposits probably over many thousand euros. Most of the times, I used crypto to deposit, but sometimes also other payment methods.

Recently, I played Sweet Bonanza 1000 and got a 24.xxx multiplier, which is almost max win, and now my balance at the casino is around 6000 USD (right now, ~6300 USD). Even though most withdrawals worked fine in the past (one time I was asked to do KYC, which I did), my recent withdrawals have been cancelled. They say a provider-side check is necessary before I can request a withdrawal again.

My session is supposedly being checked since July 1, and should take around 14 days, but now I don't get replies to my e-mails and no updated timeline on my provider-side check or withdrawal opportunities. It seems like a stalling tactic to me, because on my last big win they asked me to do KYC, and unfortunately before my withdrawals were unblocked again, I lost all the money I had in my balance.

This time, I can not afford to lose all the balance of around 6000 USD and I'm waiting for responses and to get this resolved. Any support from your side to resolve this would be much appreciated, and I can provide the replay link, game session ID, and screenshots, if needed. Please help me to get this resolved, as I do not know what more I can do to support this process.
