Dear Ybets Casino Team,

I'm writing to express my frustration with the withdrawal issue I'm facing on your platform. Despite completing the deposit 3x wagering requirement, my withdrawal request has been pending without any reason or explanation. Despite multiple inquiries, I haven't received any reason for the withdrawal hold.I'm unsure if documents are required for KYC or if there's another issue. However, I've not received any request or clarification from your team .Total amount on hold in my wallet is $1334.

Request:

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a clear reason for the withdrawal hold. If additional documents are required, please let me know, and I'll provide them promptly.
