KYC and payout issues

Hello.

I am writing you because of the issues with getting my money out of this casino.

Casino does not have clear timeline in T&C and they failed to provide me with dates. Only speculations.

1. Suspicious gameplay review by provider - after winning just over 1400 USDT on game Mystery Reels Megaways from Red Tiger I tried to withdraw 2000 USDT over blockchain - wallet to wallet withdraw. Withdrawal was quickly canceled and withdrawal option was disabled because of so called game provider check (see jpg "Disab­led­_by­_pr­ovi­der.jpg").

Withdrawals was disabled on June 21, 2025 and that is the time I send support email with question what is going on. (see pdf "Provider_check")

Here you will find that support clearly doesn't know or intentionally not giving straight answer when this so called check will be done. First it is AROUND 14 days, then they can't give me timeline and at the end it was up to 30 days. Eventually, on day 32 my withdrawals were enabled again.

2. Withdrawals - I made withdraw 1000 USDT on July 21 and second 1000 USDT on July 22. (see jpg "Withdrawals.jpg")

After 48 hours my withdrawals were canceled again and again withdrawals were disabled. This time because of KYC. (see jpg "KYC_disabled.jpg")

3. KYC taking way to long - I do not have problem with KYC, it is normal for pages like this to ask for KYC but I have problem with not clear timelines, some kind of queues and other stuff that they cannot explain. I mean, KYC that is taking more than 24h is very suspicious. I have submited ID card via email that they have sent me. (see pdf "KYC_t­aki­ng_­to_­lon­g_n­o_a­nsw­ers.pdf")
