Blocked access to my funds without explanation over one month without resolution
I opened an account on the Ybets website on March 25th, 2025, and deposited $310. After around 20 days of playing, I had increased my balance to $598.
Then suddenly, my bet size was reduced to the minimum.
I attempted to withdraw my funds, but the system displayed a message saying I need to wager the deposit amount of $930!?
How am I supposed to wager that amount when they have reduced my bet size to the minimum?
I contacted them by email on April 17th regarding this issue, but all I have received since then are repeated, automated responses saying that “the case has been forwarded to the relevant department,” without any concrete explanation. At one point, they even asked me to explain the situation again, despite the fact that we had already exchanged dozens of messages (I have complete email documentation).
It has now been over a month since they started blocking my access to my funds, with no explanation given, and they have not responded at all to my latest message.
I truly hope AskGamblers will help resolve this complaint, as this is a clearly documented and serious case of abuse of player rights. All messages and communication are available as proof.
