I won about £3300 on bgo casino and withdrew it, about a week later I checked my bank and still wasn't in there, I email the casino and asked where is my money, they said it was on hold until I provided proof it was me, it was the first I heard of it. So I did, I sent them a phone bill with everything they required and a copy of my driving lisence. I got an email back saying that they don't accept phone bills, personally I think they are wasting time, I explained to them that I only have my phone bills and driving lisence as I.D, surely this is enough to pay me my winnings.

Hello, yes I'm sorry I never emailed you and notified you that I received my money, but they did make it very hard for me asking for specific documents, but kept on chasing them and received the £3300.

I am slightly unsure why this would need to be reopened as we completed all necessary verification requirements with the player on the 31st December 2014 and the player was emailed accordingly.
There is no additional documentation required now.
Naturally if the player is unsure of this outcome. we would be more than willing to talk with him further via [email protected]
