WinStar Casino - Stalling on a €400 Skrill withdrawal

I recently submitted a withdrawal request to WinStar casino, i was advised they do not process at the weekend so i contacted them on Monday they confirmed that the withdrawal had been checked and was due to be released. I waited another 24hrs and contacted support again who said they would contact their internal finance department about it and it would get processed today, well still not having recieved the funds i contacted them after several hours to be told that they processed it at ,09:14 well with skrill withdrawals it is instant once processed i then asked to speak to a manger and was advised that they was contacting their finance department and to give it 24hrs well its shocking as they clearly dont understand that with SKRILL it is instant. I am waiting to hear from them but they seem a rogue casino and i dont believe a word they say they have taken my 400.00 winnings and i dont know what they have done with it.

The funds have arrived today at 10:15 im not sure what the delay was but im 100% sure it was not processed correctly or not processed at all and that i was gave incorrect information from the customer services team. Please close the complaint as settled thanks Ask Gamblers

Reels Royale - Withdrawals still pending for a week

Have 2 withdrawals for £550 and £200 at Reels Royale that have been pending since 11th and 12th June, this is a week and is completely unacceptable considering pending means it has not been processed yet. My account is fully verified there should be no delays. I have spoken to multiple staff and received different answers, in a queue, in final stages of approval, payment processor malfunction etc etc (its funny how deposits are still being accepted immediately). I am concerned with the different excuses, this pending time is ridiculous and i would like askgamblers to help me get my money from this dreadful site.

WinStar Casino - £1,000 missing win from my account

The following details were sent to Winstar on 24/11 including the screenshot attached. I have just been told that Winstar cannot find any log of my win which is unacceptable. I have responded asking for this to be escalated further as after two weeks of “investigations” I have been told the same thing I was told within minutes of lodging the complaint, that there is no log of the session. I also have attached a screenshot of my browser history.

As discussed please find attached the details:

I started with £20.23 balance after the bonus was manually added and I played £1.20 spins on the “big money reel” monopoly slot. The majority of the money missing was won around 16.00pm GMT at which I won £1000 on the bonus feature by getting 4 lots of monopoly cash on the reels. I then went on to play £1.20 for around 30 spins before changing to £4 per spin and I was down to around £900 before winning £120 on the bonus feature again at approx 16:15pm but this time when I span the bonus the free spin feature was awarded and during this feature I was reawarded spins 3 times if I recall correctly and the end amount was approximately £120. I have a screenshot which I took before winning the £120. Please see attached. I am very concerned that you have no log of this play as had I not of taken the screenshot I would effectively have no proof at all of winning the amount.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to confirm this.
