Previous withdrawal rejected without any reason and current withdrawal is delayed
Dear AG team,
I have requested the Withdrawal of €429 in crypto from Winningz Casino.
All the time I am asking for a timeframe, they cannot provide me with a timeframe on this.
Every time I ask about the withdrawal, they keep saying that we are working on this.
Earlier, I requested a withdrawal from my Mifinity wallet. It was rejected without any reason.
Please help.
