after depositing and winning money on more than one slot at bgo. they took not only what i won but my 200 pound deposit aswell. they 'claimed fraud'. i find this impossible. more like they dont want to pay out. from googling my problem i see i am not the only one. at least id like my 200 pound deposit back.
i did not violate any t and c's. the ones they have thrown at me are no specific to me at all.

yes please escalate. ill attach some photos. Surely this is a great unjust. i havnt done anything wrong.
i have emails which clearly say they are taking my deposit. also they are still hounding me via text and email to deposit and get a 'new bonus'. how can this be!!
