I requested a withdrawal of $100 on 26 April 2026, and as of today, the payment has not been processed. The request has remained pending far beyond the normal processing timeframe.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I have not received any clear explanation or timeline for resolution. No additional verification or documentation has been requested, and the withdrawal has not been declined.
