Unable to request a withdrawal but able to deposit

I joined as a member a few weeks ago and right off the bat the problems had started.

When I tried to make a deposit, it seems that they are having problems with their website on their code or something like that. So I talked to their CS and they finally fixed the issue. So since I am able to deposit, I made a few small deposits and finally was able to win about $50 so I now tried to make a withdrawal (I have never taken any bonuses or etc). This time instead of anything which you would expect, when you click on Withdraw you are greeted with "Under Maintenance".

Have talked to their Customer Support which told me that this is my problem and just cut me off immediately. After multiple attempts, they finally said that they have sent it to the "Correct Team" to check and so I need to wait for an unknown amount of time!

They are able to accept deposits but you will not be able to withdraw your money. Also, this is the only method of withdrawal which is available for me.

If you are playing here, please be aware of this issue and that you will be depositing your funds with them but will NEVER be able to withdraw anything at all.

Vbet is misleading you and me, why are you rejecting my complaint, I am ready to give you all types of documents regarding the payment issue.

This is my statement... I can't uplaod it and send to Vbet Casino because of a data stealer issue with Vbet Casino.

You can check it in the screenshot also the UPI transaction ID APLAPa3ded4bd539e307f0766f2bcc628c2

I connected with the bank and they are saying that the transaction was already completed by our side that's why transaction details and UTR details were provided already.

I have my bank statement but I can't upload it here because of a data stealer issue with Vbet and vVet is not doing well you know very well about Vbet and their support or response to recent complaints against them.

Please don't reject my complaint... Everyday Vbet changes their UPI deposit gateway and they are doing scams with people

I made a deposit before 6000$
After I tried to withdraw funds I was blocked for history check.
The check lasted for 4 months!
Today support inform : block the account without the right to unblock.
No more info.

I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.

Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.
