Dear ladies gentlemen ! Problem With Vbet site !!

I am new to your site and I do not understand much in the computer world .....I registred an account yesterday and I sent my ID ( passeport ) and my proof of residence. ( bank statement ).

I have deposit 57.8 dollard with skrill my balance was $ 93 about midday ! I was at the cafe with a friend and when I opened my account I was surprised when I found that the balance of my account was zero ...I thought I was hacked or something like that ! I am directed to you in Live chat and phone after a long wait ... your consultant told me that I have canceled the bonus ... and I should contact the support I telephoned at +37 444 00 51 50; +37 444 00 51 51 and +37 444 00 51 52 but the connection quality is bad and I did not understand anything . I wanted to tell you that I did not cancel anything and it does not make sense to make 93 dollards disappear with one click.

We are very sorry for Your experience in terms of cancelled bonus. But as you have mentioned You are not familiar with computer and this could cause the issue. You can cancel your bonus at any time from Bonus section and thats what actually has happen here. Like you have said there is no reason to cancel bonus, which applies to You. But as well there is no reason to cancel bonus from our side, there is no gain for us from such a situtation. However we are willing to credit you 93$ with wagering x8. I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.


Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.
