Delayed payment of my money, changed terms
This casino has been delaying the payment of my winnings for over 48 hours.
I will list the rules of this casino:

All withdrawal requests are processed 24/7.
All funds that Customer has on TonyBet player Account will be credited to the Customer’s personal financial source. Withdrawals from the Account can be transferred back to the primary source which was used for depositing. In case Customer used more than one deposit method, the withdrawals will need to coincide with the deposited amounts from each of the payment methods used. All withdrawals are processed within 48 hours once the Customer's TonyBet Account is fully verified.
The screenshots I have provided will show that my payout has been delayed for more than 48 hours.
About this I have repeatedly mentioned support, to which they answer me with a phrase I will attach screenshots to this message.
I want the AGCCS BY team to help me solve this problem.
And I think that violating the rules on the part of the casino is not acceptable!
They have set themselves the framework to do the withdrawal of funds in 48 hours.

This casino has carried out verification of my documents and have paid my winnings without delay, but after updating their rules they have changed everything.
Before the rules were updated, the payment came to my account for 1 hour.
