I made a deposit of €40 to this casino which was debited from my bank account. The money never appeared in my casino account.
The casino said deposits can take 30 minutes. 12 hours later it’s still not there.
I then received an email to the next day to say the deposit was successful, but then checking the casino account, the money still wasn’t there.
After emailing the casino, they then said they’d added the €40 which then played with, which definitely did not happen.
They are refusing to honour my deposit.
After my original deposit of €40 was unsuccessful, I made a few deposits of €20 with a different card which all went through fine.
They still owe me €40!!!!!
As you can see from the screenshots. The funds came out of my bank account and never reached my casino account. You can see screenshots of my gaming account history, along with dates.

Please note as from the screenshot provided by player there are three deposits of 40 Eur of which one deposit is processed on Thorcasino and two other deposits are successfully processed on our sisters casino - Casinoorca.com on date 28.2.2025 where is player also registered.
