This is Vegas Casino - Withdrawal from Sept 21st still not processed

On September 21st I deposited 0.01000098 BTC to this is vegas casino. After then looking for what I wanted on the site, I couldn't find live casino games. I spoke to support and they said it wasn't available for my region. So I tried to withdraw my BTC on the same day.

They showed the value in dollars rather than BTC and as you can see from the screen shots it was $598. They have a max withdraw of $500 per day, so I withdrew the $500 worth of BTC. After waiting much longer than 7 business days, I asked and they said they needed more KYC. I complied with everything and still even after another 7 business days, nothing happened. I have been asking many times since and as you can see from the emails they keep saying there's delays due to many withdrawals and I will get my withdrawal. It's now been 3 months!

I've attached email conversations back and forth between myself and the casino as well as screen shots of deposits and withdrawals to show everything very clearly. It's just taking way way too long and I haven't even used the casino, I just want my money back.

Never, ever refer responsibility unless you're 100% sure. You just said it was a third party affiliate link... bit of a red flag there, your casino has links out there when someone is trying to join a different casino they come to yours... that is something you need to resolve and must take responsibility for.

Of course I didn't wager, you don't have live casino play for people in my area where as the casino I was trying to join does. Also to make people use their own money before withdrawing isn't reasonable... nor is it made clear before depositing.

I understand about the currency changes etc. I just think its poor form compared with every other casino I've used. But yes I understand.

Yes you can close the case and you don't need to respond, I would advise others to steer clear of this casino, not completely fraudulent, but quite a few dodgy aspects.

This is Vegas Casino - Delayed Payment compounded with lack of support

I joined and started my account with this is Vegas on June 21st. They had great promotions and I was impressed with how quickly and outgoing their agents were to promote some of their promotions and deals. Because I was unfamiliar with this casino, I asked the agent, "If I deposit today via crypto, how long should I expect payout to be.?". They assured me in many cases depositing via crypto would ensure priority processing, and once my account was verified instant processing. I played, hit the maximum allowed for withdrawal of 500 and requested withdrawal. I was asked for verification documents of identification which I provided. I received notice on the 27th that my documents had been received, approved and my account withdrawal request passed to payment department. This was the first time an inconsistency occurred as now in spite of what their agent said I was told 12-18 business days for payment. I was annoyed and voiced what was told to me and that I had an approved account and had deposited. None of this mattered, so I accepted the time frame. On July 15th I sent a very polite inquiry into timeframe for payment. I received a very confusing and poorly worded response reminding me of 12-18 business days and that I would be processed in a timely manner and I would have "early next week." On July 21, was the 20th business day, I inquired again into payment. Two days later I got a message from the casino manager saying they had an unexpected delay in payment processing but I could expect my payment by the end of the week. I thanked her for her informed response and didn't say anything else. As the week passed with no change in status or payment, I followed up again today the 29th to ask about status and received the exact same email claiming an unexpected delay and I could expect payment early next week. Today is the 23rd business day and over 31 days total and they're still claiming next week with genetics prewritten responses. I have been patient and courteous in spite of feeling like they misrepresented information to get me to deposit and feeling like they are not taking my questions or concerns seriously. I don't think its right to so blatantly miss their quoted payout time and then take my follow up questions so unseriously.
