Real money balance taken
Hi,
I made account to Svenbet at the end of December 2018. All went well with deposits, gaming and also few withdrawals. My account was verified after sending documents 7.1.2019 and extra verified again couple weeks later when they asked me to send more information regarding my eWallet. Then I got nice winnings of 3185€ on 25.1.2019 and made a withdrawal of 1000€ the same day.
hen started big problems.
29.1.2019 i received a mail that my withdrawal was rejected. I logged in to my account to go to contact live support and I was shocked to see that all of my balance was taken except 30€.
I went to check my account wallet and in the history there is a row "correction down" and 3185€ taken and 30€ left. (screenshot attached)
I asked about it from chat and sent screenshot which they told they would send further to payment department and I would receive answer next day. The next day came and I heard nothing and went again online to chat support. Same thing again with screenshots and this time i was asked to send the same stuff to email support.
30.1.2019 I sent same screenshot and explained situation and from that day to 13th of March I have sent 10 emails and answers have been different every time like "your account is going to be checked again" "you will be informed shortly about the situation" etc but they have not shown any action that this case is going to be checked by someone. Latest email which I sent on 13th March they have not even answered.
It also seems to me that the gaming history is manipulated. When I compare the gaming history from gaming account to history that the slot is giving me. (screenshot attached).
Hope this information can help to get this maltreatment to end right way.
