Real money balance taken

Hi,

I made account to Svenbet at the end of December 2018. All went well with deposits, gaming and also few withdrawals. My account was verified after sending documents 7.1.2019 and extra verified again couple weeks later when they asked me to send more information regarding my eWallet. Then I got nice winnings of 3185€ on 25.1.2019 and made a withdrawal of 1000€ the same day.

hen started big problems.

29.1.2019 i received a mail that my withdrawal was rejected. I logged in to my account to go to contact live support and I was shocked to see that all of my balance was taken except 30€.

I went to check my account wallet and in the history there is a row "correction down" and 3185€ taken and 30€ left. (screenshot attached)

I asked about it from chat and sent screenshot which they told they would send further to payment department and I would receive answer next day. The next day came and I heard nothing and went again online to chat support. Same thing again with screenshots and this time i was asked to send the same stuff to email support.

30.1.2019 I sent same screenshot and explained situation and from that day to 13th of March I have sent 10 emails and answers have been different every time like "your account is going to be checked again" "you will be informed shortly about the situation" etc but they have not shown any action that this case is going to be checked by someone. Latest email which I sent on 13th March they have not even answered.

It also seems to me that the gaming history is manipulated. When I compare the gaming history from gaming account to history that the slot is giving me. (screenshot attached).

Hope this information can help to get this maltreatment to end right way.

Ok, this starts to get interesting. From nowhere they suddenly bring this kind of rule out.

AskGamblers, I would now really need your help with this. They have already tried to explain their theft with my wrong betting when using bonus funds by saying i won that over 3000€ with 10€bet. That is easy to prove that I played the bonus with 5€ bet as it was said in rules and it can be seen from the history of the Netent slot football champions cup. I have screenshots if those are needed.

Could you please ask Svenbet Casino to send their version of older terms & conditions? For example from January when I won that over 3000€.

Please bear in mind that you have activated and used the same bonus multiple times (high more than 6 times) which is not allowed according to our T&C's.

This smells bad.
I have sent those documents on January 15th. I can prove that with screenshot from my email if needed.
Also I was asked to send all of my Neteller history 18th - 21st January. These all were verified and my withdrawals were paid until that when my balance was stolen.

Today I sent again same documents about funding my Neteller account.
I'm feeling that they are just trying to play time and i guess they hope I would just let this go.

And I hope that my real money balance would be returned and paid to my Neteller account.

Stalling withdrawal with additional verifications all the time

Hi! 

I have been member of svenbet for long time, I always made deposit without any problem. For the first time I got lucky with sportbetting and won 7600 euros. Then the problem started, they asked for KYC verification as on the terms. 

I provided everything from bank account, Id card, photo proof. Once KYC was verified after weeks I finally made 2 withdraw with 1000 euro each. They said to me first every withdraw takes up to 72 hours, but they wasted almost 1 whole week for each. 

When I tried to make third withdraw they said they need to do review and asked proof of phone number, I provided all documents and finally they verify and send third withdraw. I tried then to make fourth withdraw wednesday 25 october and yet they don’t accept the withdraw and everytime I ask the support they give me same answer and say they don’t know anything, they excuse is that another department is making reviews.

This is so frustrating the winnings the same amount 7600 euros and I haven't played a single game since I started first withdraw, it is the same amount but for each 1000€ they are taking over a week to review and accept it. Now I am worried as I read om other reviews that they will waste more time and even come up with some security reason to close my account or my winning, I read other people complaining. And I politely ask if you can help me with this and take it up with svenbet? It is nor right to treat a customer like this and making withdraw a nightmare, I provided every single document they asked for and my account is verify. To tell me all the time that another department is handling it and support don't know any answer is not right. 

I now ask for your help to reach those ”relevant department” who even Svenbet cant get answers from and help med recieve all my winnings? I so disappointed in Svenbet that I don't want to keep using their platform, I just want to take my winnings and forget this nightmare!!!
