Promised refund which still hasn't been processed after a month of waiting

The case started after I received an email in May from svenbet to come Back to their site. In januar i closed my account due to gambling problems. I logged in and played for 17.000NOK. I then sent an email with my regrets and that i wanted my deposits refunded because i earlier had confirmed my gambling problems to svenbet/CW marketing. And that my account never should be open.

I received emails Back that said they were sorry and they admitted that they had an internal issue that was the reason that my account was open Even it should be permanently closed.

Then i asked for the refund, and I was told that I had to send in all the ordinary documentation and a print screen of the transactions that was made from Ewallet (Skrill/Rapid transfer). (I used both credit card and Rapidt­ran­sfe­r/S­krill).

All this have been done, and i have also been told that the verification is Ok.

This case started 28. May, and now there is 20. June. Now i dont receive Any answers from the [email protected] or [email protected]. I have sent the same email every day the last 5 days, and several emails before that. The last update i received was 6. June. In that email it says that they are still waiting for an answer from the payment provider before the refund can find place. I dont know anything more, But havent received Any answers for the last 14 days. I have no clue why the payment provider uses such a long time to refund the same amounts as the deposits that was made when svenbet themselves has admitted their system failure that allowed me to play even if i was permanently locked out of svenbet/cwmarketing. And when no emails are being answered, it feels like they just dont want to solve this case. I want some answers and I want an answer for why they dont answer me. i want the refund now, cause their internal investigation of what has caused the system failure can continue as an internal prosess even after i have been refunded. 1 month and half the month without any answers is enough i guess. Now both svenbet and I can close this case as soon as the refund find place as a result of their admitted failure.

Stalling withdrawal with additional verifications all the time

Hi! 

I have been member of svenbet for long time, I always made deposit without any problem. For the first time I got lucky with sportbetting and won 7600 euros. Then the problem started, they asked for KYC verification as on the terms. 

I provided everything from bank account, Id card, photo proof. Once KYC was verified after weeks I finally made 2 withdraw with 1000 euro each. They said to me first every withdraw takes up to 72 hours, but they wasted almost 1 whole week for each. 

When I tried to make third withdraw they said they need to do review and asked proof of phone number, I provided all documents and finally they verify and send third withdraw. I tried then to make fourth withdraw wednesday 25 october and yet they don’t accept the withdraw and everytime I ask the support they give me same answer and say they don’t know anything, they excuse is that another department is making reviews.

This is so frustrating the winnings the same amount 7600 euros and I haven't played a single game since I started first withdraw, it is the same amount but for each 1000€ they are taking over a week to review and accept it. Now I am worried as I read om other reviews that they will waste more time and even come up with some security reason to close my account or my winning, I read other people complaining. And I politely ask if you can help me with this and take it up with svenbet? It is nor right to treat a customer like this and making withdraw a nightmare, I provided every single document they asked for and my account is verify. To tell me all the time that another department is handling it and support don't know any answer is not right. 

I now ask for your help to reach those ”relevant department” who even Svenbet cant get answers from and help med recieve all my winnings? I so disappointed in Svenbet that I don't want to keep using their platform, I just want to take my winnings and forget this nightmare!!!
